Natalie Almeter is an active performer and dedicated music educator with a passion for helping students of all ages discover their musical voice. She has extensive experience teaching children, teens, and adults, guiding everyone from five-year-old beginners to college-level students and senior choir members.

Natalie is currently a Doctor of Musical Arts candidate at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM). She holds a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Central Florida.

As a teacher, Natalie emphasizes vocal health and strong foundational technique as the building blocks for every singer, regardless of style. She brings the same philosophy to her piano instruction, where theory and technique form a solid base for creativity and growth. She is highly experienced at welcoming beginners into music study and has worked with dozens of students as they took their very first steps in piano and voice. Natalie also enjoys working with adults who are returning to music or beginning for the first time, encouraging them to build confidence while enjoying the process of learning.

In addition to teaching, Natalie maintains an active performance career. She has appeared with Cincinnati Opera, the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, and the Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra, and has performed opera roles ranging from Susanna in Le nozze di Figaro to Despina in Così fan tutte. She also regularly performs in outreach programs, church settings, and professional choirs across the region.

Natalie believes learning an instrument is about more than just music, it’s about personal development. Her teaching style blends clarity, patience, and enthusiasm, making lessons both fun and meaningful for students at any stage of life.
