Today, CAPA offers high quality group classes and private instruction conveniently after school in the school environment.  CAPA currently offers programming at the following schools: Indian Hill, Madeira, Mariemont, and Terrace Park.  Private lessons are offered to students and adults at Indian Hill school campus. Lessons at Indian Hill are open to students and adults living in the district. Every summer we offer intensive summer musical theatre camps & a film production camp that are open to all students from the Tri-State area.  CAPA provides outreach programming in communities that have no arts programming. We currently offer a year long dance outreach program at Chase Elementary in Cincinnati Northside.  During the school year the program runs twice weekly. This is a tap and ballet, with with performance for Winter Break/Holiday, Black History Month, and Spring school assemblies. In summer we provide a 7 week full day dance camp June and July in College Hill. Children perform at Juneteenth celebration and participate in Northside’s traditional July 4th parade. Camp culminates with performance for family and friends.

Our Mission

Foster and inspire excellence in all aspects of the performing arts for children and adults within Cincinnati and its surrounding communities through education and public engagement.
